The room was clean and comfortable,
There is an elevator, and there is cheese in the breakfast omelette 🧀️The chosen stopover on the way from Salt Lake City to Lake Tahoe. The hotel has a good location. There are many restaurants within a ten-minute drive around, which is especially suitable for resting in this small town.

Found a LIVE BEDBUG on my bed in room 112 right before I checked out. They refused to refund the full amount and the manager, Sterling, suggested that it came from me. This is the only hotel I have stayed in and I am covered in bedbug bites. It is completely unacceptable to treat a guest like that. I will never stay at Choice hotels again because they will not accept responsibility and attempt to do what is appropriate, which would be to refund my stay. Do not stay here.

The desk clerk thoroughly agreed with me that the large sign above this hotel desperately needs replacing… I had passed the place in spite of my careful attention to google directions… It was only after turning around and looking again that I was able to identify the property via a much smaller sign very close to the ground. The room was very nice & quiet, comfy bed, great bathing experience & great coffee & food for breakfast!😇 Another item the desk clerk thoroughly agreed with me about was the need for an automatic sliding door at the entrance to the lobby…..That made entrances & exits much more difficult, especially when handling luggage carts🥲

This is a hotel that has been updated but the inside needs work. The breakfast was less than ideal. Food was lukewarm.

Clea and comfortable. Unfortunately I left my coat there and I call shortly after we left and they said they didn’t find it. I didn’t mind tney kept the coat but my second car key fob was zipped in the pocket

Clean room, comfy room, terrible customer service.
First room I was in the heater didnt work, I called front desk and was told she was busy and will get to it later, and she wasnt sure if she could move me to another room. I finally went down to the front desk and reminded her. She came in and looked, the heater would not stay plugged in, she said, " I guess I can move you if you need a heater." I said I wanted heat since the hallway was warmer than that room. I was the 3rd person to complain about something.
Front desk agent was not helpful unless you forced her to be.
